[October 25, 2018]  To help accommodate busy work schedules and to make influenza (flu) immunizations more accessible, the Logan County Department of Public Health (LCDPH) clinic will be extending its hours of operation by remaining open until 7pm on Monday, October 29th and Tuesday, October 30th.

No appointment will be needed and all major insurance is accepted so all you need is your insurance card. If no insurance, cash pay is required. Anyone who receives a flu shot will be entered into a drawing to receive a $50 gift card for IGA, Aldi or Dollar General. The three drawings will be held on December 20th.

The flu is a threat to people of all ages, however, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention states that during past seasons, approximately 80% of flu-associated deaths to children have occurred in children who were not vaccinated. Influenza is a serious health threat so be sure to get the protection you and your family need today!
