LINCOLN
On Friday, September 21, at 6 p.m., at First Presbyterian Church of
Lincoln, the Illinois Symphony Orchestra (ISO) will be presenting a
flute and viola duo, featuring Principal Violist Nicholas Jeffery
and Flutist Abigail Walsh, performing an enriching variety of
musical selections. This live concert is part of the ISO’s Around
the Town Concert Series and is free and open to the community.
Around the Town Free Concerts are unique, interactive and engaging
chamber music performances that feature various orchestral ensembles
performing diverse programming for audiences of all ages and
backgrounds in both urban and rural settings.

Performances are scheduled year-round at a variety of times and venues
throughout the community in churches, senior centers, historical sites, museums,

First Presbyterian Church of Lincoln is located at 301 Pekin Street with plenty
of on- and off-street parking. The church is handicap accessible.
