Happy Feet returns to Lincoln this Sunday providing school shoes to area children in need

The Lincoln Emblem Club #433 is proud to announce that we will again be hosting our annual Back to School "Happy Feet" shopping for the students of Logan County.

All grade schools in Logan County were contacted and given Happy Feet shopping slips to give to families who have students that will need new shoes to start the school year.

We are happy to continue our relationship with Shoe Sensation, even after their move, and they will be delivering a truck load of shoes to the Elk's ballroom on Sunday, August 11th for the students to be able to shop!

Our Emblem Club ladies will be setting up the ballroom to look like a store so the students can easily browse. Each student will have a $50 certificate to pick out a pair of shoes and socks to start off the school year on the right foot! We are also excited to announce that TK's Grill will be donating cookies and lemonade for the students to enjoy.
