Local Habitat for Humanity recognizes Leonard Krusemark

LINCOLN 

Habitat for Humanity of Logan County honored Leonard Krusemark during their monthly meeting Tuesday, August 6th with a certificate of Honorary Lifetime Membership.

President Bill Sahs presented the certificate which stated:

“In recognition of the Sharing of Your Life with the families and communities of Logan County:

*Serving on the Board of Directors since 1995;
*Working on home worksites alongside applicants;
* Donating a Bible for families at House Blessings”.

During the meeting the new Board of Directors were seated: President: Bill Sahs, 1st Vice President: Cince Bowns, 2nd Vice President: Dean Leesman; Secretary: Tonita Reifsteck, Assistant Secretary: Laura Tomlinson; Treasurer: Bob Chamberlain, Assistant Treasurer: Jamie Voyles. Other board members seated were Steve Allen, Leonard Krusemark and Marc Schoonover.

Other business included re-arranging items in the HFHLC Warehouse at 915 Woodlawn Road which is the primary source of income for building homes. Donated items are for sale during regular business hours Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Items to be donated can be dropped off during those hours as well – or call HFHLC at 217-732-6412 for information about Habitat for Humanity and the work in Logan County.
