Petition packets for the General Primary Election Tuesday, March 17, 2020

LINCOLN 

Petition packets for candidates who wish to run in the General Primary Election on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 will be available in the office of Theresa Moore, Logan County Clerk on September 3, 2019, the 1st day petitions may be circulated. Packets may be picked up Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30
p.m. Packets will also be available on our website, www.logancountyil.gov on September 3, 2019. Packets will NOT be handed out or posted prior to the first day petitions may be circulated.

Local offices to be nominated at the March 17, 2020 General Primary Election include Circuit Clerk, State's Attorney, County Coroner and County Board Members. Precinct Committeepersons will be elected at the General Primary Election.

Federal, state and judicial offices will also be on the March 17, 2020 ballot. Information and necessary forms for those offices may be found on the State Board of Elections website, www.elections.il.gov.
