Lincoln Emblem Club has been busy - they have put together and delivered "Survival Kits' for our Lincoln and Logan County police officers, 911 Dispatchers, Lincoln and Logan Rural Fire Departments and the Logan County Paramedics. In each "goodie bag" was an assortment of candies and also a "Thank You" card to show appreciation for all that they do for all of us.
