Madison Thomas named February Student of the Month at Mount Pulaski High School

Madison Thomas, daughter or Crystal and Jason Thomas of Mount Pulaski, has been named February Senior of the Month at Mount Pulaski High School. She was selected for this honor based on the criteria of scholarship, leadership, service, and character.

Madison has enjoyed participating in sports and activities during her time at MPHS. She played volleyball and been in FCCLA for four years, been in FFA for three years, NHS for two years, and was on the basketball team and prom committee for one year.

Madison made the second team All-Conference in volleyball and is the Mount Pulaski FFA Chapter Vice President.

Madison plans to attend Lincoln Land Community College and major in Ag Business.

The Senior of the Month program is sponsored by Conaway Handyman Service and Downing, Przykopanski, Clements, & May Insurance Agency, Inc.. They are also in the running for the $500 Senior-of-the-Year award sponsored by Illinois National Bank.
