On February 6th, Lincolnland Technical Education Center’s Criminal
Justice Class toured the new Lincoln Police Department. Police Chief
Paul Adams conducted the tour that showed the students the training
room and work areas.
Chief Adams went over several subjects including the hiring process
for officers, training requirements, and expectations. Students got
to see how evidence handled and how suspects are processed and
temporarily detained. Lincolnland Technical Education Center is a
Career and Technical Education School housed at Lincoln Community
High School that services Logan, Mason, and Menard Counties.
