Mason City fireworks rescheduled for July 13th
June 15th plans were dashed due to weather

[July 02, 2019]    The Mason City fireworks show that was scheduled for June 15th and canceled due to weather concerns has now been rescheduled for July 13th.

The event will be held at the Mason City Christian Church and there will be activities along with food leading up to the evening show.

Jim Harris is working on the funding for the show and is still accepting donations. There will also be a 'pass the hat' the night of the fireworks.

The community is invited to attend. This is a free event, but free will donations will happily be accepted and will go toward keeping the annual family-friendly event in Mason City in future years.
