The
second quarter of 2019 saw lower home sales numbers compared to
2018 for the same time period.
REALTORS in Logan County Board of REALTORS® sold 95 homes in the
second quarter of 2019, 17 fewer than the 112 sold during the
same time period in 2018.
The average selling price for homes in the 2019 time period was
$108,668, down from $110,456 in 2018. The median price was down
significantly, $97,000 compared to $109,000.
The length of time that a home was on the market found houses on sale an average
of 153 days in the second quarter of 2019. This was 23 days longer than the 132
days in the time period in 2018.
