Winners announced from first week of Railer Basketball Camp competitions

On June 3rd through 6th the Lincoln Community High School Railers hosted the first week of their summer Basketball Camps for this season.

The first camp helped student discover the fundamentals of basketball and hone their skills to a higher level.

At the end of the camp competitions were held for boys and girls according to their age groups.

Students participating were from the first grade through the tenth grade. 

To follow are the results of the first week's competitions:

Girls Division:

Pigtail Division: 2nd & 3rd Grade Girls
1st Place – Paisley Holmes
2nd Place – Taylor Short

Ponytail Division: 3rd, 4th and 5thGrade Girls

All the camp sessions were held under the supervision of Coach Neil Alexander

There are three summer camps remaining for this season and students may still sign up for any of the three.

The next camp will be June 10th through 13.

Additional camps will be held on June 17th through 20th and June 24th through 27th.  Each of the camps will meet once daily during the camp week from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
