Chestnut Health Systems asking all junior high parents to answer a critical survey

[June 24, 2019]  The Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital Community Health Collaborative is requesting that parents of junior high school students in Logan County participate in a survey being conducted by Chestnut Health Systems.

Chestnut Health Systems is part of the joint committee of local health professionals, educators, and concerned citizens that meet on a regular basis for the purpose of discussing and creating plans to better the overall health of the community.

The first paragraph of the survey reads:

"Chestnut Health Systems is working to understand the information needs and habits of parents of junior high and high school students in Mason County and Logan County. The information will be used to help share a prevention campaign from the Illinois Department of Human Services- Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery."
