Zion Lutheran in Mount Pulaski hosts “Community Defense Against Suicide” March 28th

Join us on March 28th at 7 p.m. at the Zion Lutheran Church, 203 South Vine Street, Mount Pulaski for Community Defense Against Suicide. Featuring a presentation by retired Air Force Veteran Andrew Sheehan explore how we as a community can help those in distress through prevention, intervention, and recovery.

Our communities face a growing trend in the number of suicides. This workshop aims to inform and educate community leaders, parents, teachers, and families about the phenomenon of suicide, dispel some of the common myths, and offer effective strategies to build a community approach to reversing the trend and protecting our families.
