This meeting is open to anyone who wishes to learn more about the
program. Guardians are always needed as each veteran is
accompanied by a guardian.
The program is designed to allow local veterans of World War II,
Korean War, and Vietnam War eras the opportunity to visit the
nations capital and view the beautiful war memorials dedicated to
the era in which they served.
The trip is free for all veterans.
Thanks to Melanie Schaler and the American Legion Post 263 for
coordinating this event.
