Damage at Old Union Cemetery

Bill Donath, President, Logan County Cemetery Maintenance District invited media to pull some of the photos he took Thursday at Old Union Cemetery from his facebook page. The cemetery suffered a great deal of tree damage, and some of the old taller and larger stones were also damaged.

The cemetery on Thursday morning was impassable, and access to the area is denied for the time being.

The Logan County EMA issued an order about noon on Thursday that the cemetery is closed to the public until further notice.
