Memorial Day Services to be held Sunday at Hartsburg Cemetery

[May 24, 2019]  The Hartsburg American Legion Post 1146 in partnership with Lincoln American Legion Post 263 invite the community to attend a Memorial Day Service at the Hartsburg Cemetery on Sunday, May 26th at 1 p.m.

Services will include guest speaker Reverend Jim Cravens who is a retired Navy Commander.

For those unfamiliar, the cemetery often referred to as the Hartsburg Hill Cemetery is located west of town. Take the road past the Hartsburg Elevator and proceed on that road until you reach the cemetery on the other side of the interstate.

Memorial Day is an important day designated for us to show our love, respect, and thankfulness for our brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice to assure us the right to live freely.
