Atlanta Police Department

  • Amzy A. Collier, 35, of Harvey, arrested Nov. 9 at 1:17 p.m. on E. South Street at I-55, Atlanta, on Sangamon County warrant 2019TR19903.

Lincoln Police Department

  • Kelton M. Cowan, 18, of Chicago, arrested Nov. 9 at 7:24 p.m. in the 800 block of Malerich Drive on charge of retail theft. 

  • Brionna T. Griffin, age 19, of Chicago, arrested Nov. 11 at 10:57 p.m. in the 300 block of Keokuk Street on charge of driving with no valid driver’s license. 

  • Jesse D. Oller, 37, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 10 at 3:38 p.m. on Sherman Street at Davenport Street on charge of retail theft. 

  • Kavet R. Olson, 29, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 9 at 12:35 p.m. at his residence on charge of violation of order of protection.

  • Jazz A. Ram, 21, of Chicago, arrested Nov. 8 at 8:42 p.m. in the 800 block of Malerich Drive on charge of retail theft. 

  • Brandy J. Shirley, 43, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 8 on at 9:30 p.m. on Woodlawn Road at Grand Avenue on charge of driving under the influence.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Angela M. Arnold, age 48, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 9 at 8:51p.m. in the 200 block of 1900th Street on charge of driving with no valid driver’s license.

  • Randall B. Helton, 64, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 8 at 12:10 p.m. at his residence on charges of violation of order of protection and resisting a peace officer.

  • Andrew T. Sherrer, 21, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 12 at 12:05 a.m. in the 1100 block of Fifth Street on charge of violation of order of protection.  

  • Bosten E. Skaggs, 21, of Mason City, arrested Nov. 10 at 7:48 a.m. on Route 10 on charge of  driving with a suspended license.
