[November 25, 2019] Reports for Monday, Nov. 25:

Lincoln Police Department

  • Devan M. Faulkner, 21, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 23 at 7:00 p.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on charge of theft.

  • Michael G. Maddox, 32, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 24 at 11:51 p.m. on Willard Avenue on charge of obstructing a peace officer.  

  • Diane M. Minter, 67, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 23 at 2:20 p.m. on Malerich Drive on charge of retail theft.  

  • Eleigh S. Owen, 30, arrested Nov. 23 at 1:50 p.m. on Heitmann Drive on a Mason County warrant on a failure to appear charge. 

  • Eric J. Rubenacker, 31, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 24 at 2:22 a.m. on a South Elm Street on charge of driving under the influence.

  • Kelsey R. Skelton, 33, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 24 at 8:52 p.m. at her residence on charge of domestic battery.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Ronald R. Beck, 38, of Latham, arrested Nov. 24 at 5:31 p.m. at his residence on Logan County warrants 2015 CF 198 and 15 DT 165 on failure to appear charges. 

  • Brooke E. Brashier, 19, of Mason City, arrested Nov. 24 at 1:43 p.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant on charges of theft.

  • Jeremiah B. Hurley, 38, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 22 at 10:51 p.m. at his residence on a Logan County warrant on charges of theft and aggravated home repair fraud. 

  • Tiffany A. Mims, 31, of Mount Olive, arrested Nov. 23 at 9:37 a.m. in Clayton, Mo., on a Logan County warrant on charge of possession of contraband in a penal institution.

  • Jeffrey A. Petri, 50, of Bloomington, arrested Nov. 22 at 9:05 a.m. in Latham, on charge of driving with a revoked license and on a Dewitt County warrant on a failure to appear charge.
