Lady Railers play two in Limestone Tournament

The Lady Railers Varsity suffered two losses on Saturday in the 2019 Limestone Tournament.

In the first game Peoria defeated Lincoln 68-35. Madelyn Koehler led Lincoln with 13 points.

In the second game Limestone snuck past Lincoln 52-51 despite the Lady Railers efforts outscoring the Rockets 18-11 in the fourth quarter. Madelyn Koehler led the Lady Railers with 23 points.

Sophomore girls get first win in Lincoln Tournament

The Lady Railers sophomore team opened play in the Lincoln Tournament Friday night and came away with a 53-49 win over PORTA. Ellyn Martinez and Tori Schilling led Lincoln with 13 points each. Ryen Stoltzenburg tossed in 12 points.

On Saturday the Lady Railers continued play in the Lincoln Tournament and lost to Rochester 36-26. Jazmyn Robbins led Lincoln with 10 points.

In the second game of the day Lincoln lost to Taylorville 34-30. Grace Curry led the Lady Railers with 9 points.
