“Spirituality” by artist Ashley Sanders. Ashley’s Native American heritage draws her to create art to honor it.

Another Native American theme by Ashley Sanders. Her parents won the bid on this duo. “We are so proud of her,” said her dad. He was not about to let this art get out of the family.

A quartet of pieces by Sheralyn Bolton.

“Lighthouse in Maine” by Ruth Fredricks.

“Polyrhthms” by Laura Elliott. “I really enjoyed creating this painting. Polyrhythm refers to many sounds occurring at the same time. I was inspired by a percussionist who created sound and philosophy that resonated with me,” she said. She described it as having radial balance, with the forces of the painting emanating equally from the center.

A denim jacket by Doris Huffman was one of the imaginative offerings at the Logan County Arts fundraiser.

Springfield artist Jeff Williams helps out auctioneer Moses Pinkerton by highlighting a piece.
