[October 17, 2019]    The Lincoln College Men’s Soccer student-athlete Adrian Roman was named this week’s Association of Independent Institution’s Men’s Soccer player of the week.

The three goals helped Roman tally seven points across two matches last week. One goal and an assist came in Lincoln College's 5-0 win against William Woods University (Mo.). He then accounted for both goals in the team's 2-1 win against Oakland City University (Ind.).

The Waukegan, Ill., native leads the Lynx in goals (10) and points (24) this fall. He has scored three game-winning goals.

“This is well-deserved recognition for a player who has been extremely productive for us for four years,” said LC Head Coach Ben Massena. “Adrian has been a fantastic team leader and role model as well. I am glad to his hard work pay off.”
