Illinois State Police

  • Shawn M. Lowenstein, 34, of Mason City, arrested on Woodlawn Road on charge of a violation of an order of protection.

Lincoln Police Department

  • Zachary M. Bullock, 24, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 29 at 1:27 a.m. on North State Street on charge of domestic battery.

  • Rebekah L. Curry, 39, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 29 at 5:20 a.m. on Clinton Street on charges of domestic battery and obstructing a peace officer. 

  • Charles L. Fink, 60, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 27 at 9:43 p.m. on North Logan Street on charge of driving under the influence. 

  • Sandra J. Graber, 65, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 27 at 11:35 a.m. on Tenth Street on charge of driving with a revoked license. 

  • Jeremiah J. Kirby, 30, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 27 at 8:12 p.m. on Postville Drive on charge of retail theft. 

  • Calvin C. Pink, 35, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 27 at 11:12 a.m. on Fourth Street on charge of domestic battery. 

  • Katie G. Simpson, 26, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 27 at 8:12 p.m. on Postville Drive on charge of retail theft.  

  • Alex S. Vieregge, 24, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 29 at 8:17 p.m. on Southgate Street on charge of endangering the life of a child.  

  • Charles J. Wheeler, 23, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 27 at 8:22 p.m. on Woodlawn Road on charge of driving with a suspended license. 

  • Caleb J. White, 20, of Lincoln, arrested Sept. 27 at 11:22 p.m. on Seventh Street on charge of disorderly conduct.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Amanda D. Atchison, 35, of Atlanta, arrested Sept. 28 at 10:26 a.m. in Atlanta, on a Logan County warrant on a failure to appear charge.
