[April 07, 2020]   The Logan County Department of Public Health; Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Family Medical, Springfield Clinic, long-term care facilities doctors, nurses, staff and those who keep everyone in those places able to work; also our dentists and veterinarians; law enforcement, fire and rescue - Atlanta, Beason, Broadwell, Chestnut, Cornland, Elkhart, Emden, Hartsburg, Lakefork, Lawndale, Latham Lincoln, Middletown, Mount Pulaski, New Holland, and San Jose, Logan County Sheriff’s Department, Paramedics, streets, alleys and highway departments, prison and jail workers; school cafeteria workers; grocery, take-out meals and delivery workers; food pantries, travel related workers & those behind the scenes in administration, cleaning and stocking, and all other essential workers…

Lincoln Daily News Community would like to recognize all our first responders, the medical community, food sources and all essential workers working during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

We are especially appreciative to all those working outside their homes during this event. We honor each and every one of you for your commitment, sacrifice and service to our friends and family and for your impact in our community and the global world!
