Logan County Courthouse Construction Technical Committee actively moving project forward

Bill Walter of MRTS gave a brief update on the Construction Technical Committee. He said the committee has met several times to review the scope of work and avenues they want to take with particular items, specifically the HVAC package.

The Construction Technical committee has made very good headway and Walter said the [CTC] members are showing their value at this point with input and criticisms. What they are doing is taking those comments and assessing the positions that CTS and MRTS have, streamlining it and shifting some of the responsibilities.

 In the end, it will mean a more efficient and effective design package being put together by the right individuals. Walter’s consensus is that the meetings have been very productive and will ultimately prove to be successful toward the end product.
