[February 03, 2020] Reports for Monday, Feb. 3:

 Illinois State Police

  • Mardo F. Caceres, 25, of Joliet, arrested Jan. 31 at 10:34 a.m. on I-55 on charges of cannabis trafficking, possession of cannabis, and delivery of cannabis.

    George M. Kremm, 71, of Kewanee, arrested Feb. 1 at 6:17 p.m. on I-55 on charge of driving under the influence.

Lincoln Police Department

  • Virgil W. Barrigear, 46, of Lincoln, arrested Feb. 2 at 2:30 a.m. on Fifth Street on charge of residential burglary. 

  • Kristy L. Marshall, 41, of Mount Pulaski, arrested Feb. 2 at 4:14 p.m. on Woodlawn Road on a Montgomery County warrant on charge of theft.  

  • Brant M. Summers, age 26, of Lincoln, arrested Feb. 1 at 3:37 p.m. at his residence on a Sangamon County warrant 2018 CF 820 on a failure to appear charge and a Macon County warrant 2018 DT 171 on a failure to appear charge. 

  • Destiny R. Vincent, 33, of Lincoln, arrested Feb. 1 at 1:46 p.m. on Malerich Drive on charge of retail theft.

    Gerald L. Wagner, 25, of Lincoln, arrested Feb. 2 at 4:00 a.m. at his residence on charge of residential burglary.


Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Tyler M. Seuffer, 20, of Lincoln, arrested Feb. 2 at 2:52 a.m. in Lake Fork, on charge of unauthorized registration plate for a vehicle.

  • Jeremy W. Singley, 33, of Mason City, arrested Feb. 2 at 3:14 p.m. on Delavan Street on charge of driving with a revoked license.  

  • Allen C. Wahlsmith, 32, of Middletown, arrested Feb. 2 at 7:18 p.m. at his residence on charge of domestic battery.

Atlanta, Elkhart, Illinois Department of Natural Resources, Mason City, Mount Pulaski, New Holland, San Jose

No arrest repors.
