Monticello Youth wrestling hosted their Kids
Open Wrestling tournament Sunday February 9th. The results were
as follows.
Bantam Division (Ages 6&7)
Garrett Durbin took 2nd and Cater Johnson placed 3rd.
Novice Division (Ages 10&11)
Cameron Bell was Champion and Seth Durbin placed 2nd.
Senior Division (Ages 12, 13 & 14)
Jake Lawrence was Champion.
Lincoln Youth Wrestlers also competed in the Mid-State
Championships Tournament Hosted by the Quincy Cyclones Wrestling
Club. The tournament was held at MacMurray College in
Jacksonville IL. The results were as follows.
Tot’s Division (Ages 5&Unnder)
Hudson Glenn Was Champion.
Bantam Division (Ages 6&7)
Jayce King, Brodie Glenn and Roscoe Eimer were Champions.
Greyson Fisher finished in 4th.
Intermediate Division (Ages 8&9)
Logan White Placed 2nd.
Novice Division (Ages 10&11)
Carson McConnell was Champion and Steven Buchanan placed 4th.
Senior Division (Ages 12, 13&14)
Colbie Glenn and Dawson McConnell both Placed 2nd
