Lincoln Junior High Eighth Grade Boys Basketball Team headed to State

[February 14, 2020]    The Lincoln Junior High Trojans defeated Auburn Junior High 36-35 on Thursday night in Divernon to win the Sectional 6 Championship.

The Trojans were led in scoring by Kion Carson with 13 points. Aidan Gowin tossed in 11 points. Deegan Aeilts had 9 points and Dylan Gowin rounded out the scoring with 3 points.

Lincoln Junior High (20-6) will play Monticello (19-9) on Saturday at 1 p.m. in the Eighth Grade Class 3A State Tournament at Tolono Unity Junior High School.
