Woman's Club meets Wednesday
Collecting food items for local pantry

The Lincoln Woman's Club is holding its monthly meeting at 1 p.m.,
Wednesday, Feb. 19 at the Woman's Club building. Members will wear
red for heart health. Special guests for the meeting and tea are
members of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

Members are asked to bring nonperishable food items, toiletries,
dish soap and detergent for local food pantries. The goal is to
collect 125 pounds in recognition of the club's 125th anniversary.
Also being collected are new #2 pencils with erasers for third world
children, small blankets for Operation Smile, and grocery bags for
conservation.
