[February 18, 2020]  ATLANTA - Leslie S."Snuffy" Grigg, 71, of Atlanta, passed away at his home on Wednesday, February 12, 2020.

Celebration of Life: 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 15, 2020, at Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home in Atlanta

Military Honors: 6 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home

Obituary

Leslie S."Snuffy" Grigg, 71, of Atlanta, passed away at his home on Wednesday, February 12, 2020.

A Celebration of His Life will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 15, 2020, at Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home in Atlanta. Military Honors will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home following the visitation. Cremation Rites will be accorded following the visitation.

Leslie Stanford Grigg was born May 1, 1948, in Highland, Ill., the son of Albert and Jackie J. Lile Grigg. He was united in marriage with Joyce Winstead on Sept. 4, 1970. She survives.

He is also survived by their children: Jeff (Marsha) Grigg, Steven Grigg, and Theresa Grigg; one brother: Alan Grigg; four sisters: Janice Grigg, Sheryl Zbinden, Darla (C.J.) Loehr, and Donna Verduft; and five grandchildren: Shelby, Saleen, Micaiah, Emylina, and Kaliyah.

Leslie was preceded in death by his parents.

Leslie served in the United States Army and was a member of the Waynesville American Legion. He was a driver for Patrick Lee Trucking.

Memorials may be made to the family.

Final arrangements are entrusted with Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home of Atlanta.
