Ditch the workout and join the party! On Sunday, March 22, 2020,
Logan County ZumbaŠ Instructors will host their fourth annual Free
Zumba Š Party. The event will be held at the VFW Post 1756, 915
Fifth Street, Lincoln, from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. The public is
welcome and are encouraged to bring comfortable clothing and shoes
for dancing.
Instructors Liz Staten, Chris Thomas and Rachael Welker are
certified to instruct ZumbaŠ Basic, ZumbaŠ Gold, ZumbaŠ Toning and
Strong by ZumbaŠ / ZumbaŠ 30. Each of these ZumbaŠ class types will
be featured throughout the afternoon giving men and women alike, the
opportunity to find the fitness style or styles that work best for
them.
ZumbaŠ disguises exercise by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity
moves and sets them to Latin and World rhythms making this fitness
workout feel more like a party. A party that includes cardio, muscle
conditioning, balance and flexibility to boost energy and brighten
the day.
