War on Terror plaque dedication March 4th at the Logan County Courthouse

 

[February 25, 2020] 

On Wednesday March 4th at 7:00 p.m. in the Rotunda of the Logan County Courthouse the dedication of the Global War on Terror Plaque will take place.

The plaque is devoted to the county's men and women who have served since August 2nd, 1990.  The names of those who have filed their discharge papers with the County Clerk are listed on the plaque.

There will also be a special Purple Heart plaque added in remembrance of SSGT. Gresham who was killed in action in 2005.

The WOT plaque will join the many other plaques in the Rotunda dating back to the Revolutionary War of the County veterans who have served their Country.

A reception will follow at Flossie & Delzena's afterwards.
