Atlanta Ag 4-H members, parents, leaders and Logan County Fair royalty come together to give back to the community this holiday season.

The Atlanta Ag 4-H December and Christmas event was a “meal packaging party” run by Mark B. Becker for Illinois Food Hunger. We packed 481 bags of 6-serving casseroles to feed many families throughout the community. The casseroles included rice, textured soy protein, dehydrated vegetables, and vegetarian chicken-flavored vitamin blend formulated to supplement nutrient-poor diets. These 4-Her’s and their families made a significant impact in someone’s life this season.
