[January 27, 2020]     The Mount Pulaski Public Library is developing a Strategic Planning Committee. This committee will have 2 Library Board of Trustee Members, 2-3 Library Staff Members, and 2-3 Members of the Community.

The purpose of strategic planning is to set overall goals for the library and to develop a plan to achieve them. It involves stepping back from day-to-day library operations and asking where the library is headed and what the library's priorities should be.

If you would like to be involved in this endeavor, please call (792-5919), email (, or message our Facebook page. Please direct all messages to Amanda Doherty.

We would like to get this process started as soon as possible. If you are interested, please let us know by Friday, January 31st.
