Local Daughters of the American
Revolution recognize outstanding seniors and eighth-graders

The Abraham Lincoln Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters
of the American Revolution is pleased to announce the outstanding
seniors in Logan and Mason Counties for the DAR Good Citizen Award.
Each area high school selected a senior based on the following
criteria: dependability, service, leadership, and patriotism. A
certificate and pin were presented to each outstanding senior.

The local DAR also made presentations to area eighth grade
graduates. Each middle/junior high school selected an outstanding
eighth grade student for outstanding work in American History.
A certificate and medal were presented to each outstanding eighth
grader.
