Please tell them why

[July 26, 2020]     The Mount Pulaski Public Library would like to hear from YOU. Due to circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we have had limited hours of Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. since June 1st.

Our afternoons and evenings have not seen a lot of foot traffic.

We would like to know if our patrons are not visiting the library as frequently due to:

1) our limited hours do not work with your work schedule or
2) You are not going out in public as often due to the risk of exposure to the virus.

We want to serve as many patrons as possible, but also do not want to schedule extra hours if no one is coming in. Please reach out to us via email at mtpulaskipubliclibrary@gmail.com,  through our library Facebook page, or give us a call at 217-792-5919.

If you are not visiting the library due to our limited hours, we definitely want to make the library as accessible to you as possible and will do what we can to work around your schedule.

We do still offer curbside service, as well, for individuals who do not want to come into our building. Please call us at 792-5919 and let us know what library materials you are interested in and call us when you arrive and someone will bring the books out to your vehicle.

We appreciate the support of our community.

Thank you!

[Amanda Doherty, Director]
