[June 19, 2020]  BLOOMINGTON — Lisa Gale Roberts Galloway, 69, of Bloomington, Illinois, formerly of Le Roy, Illinois, passed away at 11:43 A.M. Wednesday, June 10, 2020, at the OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home, Peoria, Illinois.

Service: A Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later time.

Lisa Gale Roberts Galloway, 69, of Bloomington, Illinois, formerly of Le Roy, Illinois, passed away at 11:43 A.M. Wednesday, June 10, 2020, at the OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home, Peoria, Illinois.

A Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later time.

Calvert-Belangee-Bruce Funeral Home, Le Roy, Illinois, is in charge of arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be made to the OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice House, Peoria, Illinois, or Wishbone Canine Rescue, Bloomington, Illinois.

Mrs. Galloway was born August 29, 1950, in Bloomington, Illinois, to Vernelle and Eleanor Benedict Roberts. She married Bob Galloway on July 31, 1992, in Bloomington, Illinois. He survives in Bloomington, Illinois.

She is also survived by her one son, Ian M. (Jennifer) Galloway of Normal, Illinois; one daughter, Mercedes Gillette of Malmo, Sweden; two grandchildren, Milo and Theo Galloway; two brothers, Kevin (Michele Thoma) Roberts of Danville, Pennsylvania, and Brian (Kim) Roberts of Saybrook, Illinois; and two sisters, Joyce Roberts of Le Roy, Illinois, and Teresa (Kerry) Crawford of Lincoln, Illinois. She was also a beloved Aunt LeLe to many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Lisa was preceded in death by her parents and one sister-in-law, Ellen Roberts.
