 To the editor:It is my honor
to write this letter in support of Kelly Elias who is running for
Logan County Circuit Court Clerk in the March primary. I met Kelly
while she was a legal assistant working in the John Gehlbach Law
Office. Kelly’s work ethic and people skills were what attracted me
to hiring her when I became circuit clerk. Kelly has great working
relationships with our judiciary, attorneys, police agencies, and
state agencies. She has earned the trust of each because of her
desire to get the job done correctly.
As my chief deputy she has earned the respect from her fellow
co-workers. Kelly has attended many court trainings, conferences,
and zone meetings with me.

This office is ever changing per the Illinois
Supreme Court rules and having the experience she has gained while
working in the court system definitely makes Kelly the right
candidate to hold the title of Circuit Court Clerk.
I hope you join me in voting for Kelly Elias on March 17, 2020.
