Pastor John Johnson to address LCG&HS
at March Meeting

Pastor John Johnson will present the program, "Circuit rider in the
1800's and the Faith of Abraham Lincoln," during the 6:30 p.m.
Monday, March 16, meeting of the Logan County Genealogical &
Historical Society. The Program will be given at the LCGHS Center at
114 N. Chicago St.
Rev. Johnson is pastor of Christ Lutheran Church of Mason City and
has been intrigued with Abraham Lincoln since he was little. He has
traveled to Lincoln sites in Kentucky and Illinois.

When he vickered in Detroit, his pastor was also fascinated with Abraham
Lincoln. Pastor Johnson has served as a volunteer at New Salem.
A brief business meeting will follow the program. Refreshments will be served.
