Logan County Board of Realtors First Quarter Home Sales

The first quarter of 2020 saw much higher home sales numbers compared to 2019 for the same time period. The number of homes sold were up, as were the average and median prices for the homes sold. Houses tended to be on the market a longer period of time.

REALTORS in Logan County Board of REALTORS® sold 81 homes in the first quarter of 2020, 22 more than the 59 sold during the same time period in 2019.

The average selling price for homes in the 2020 time period was $102,945, up from $90,440 in 2019. Median prices were up as well, $87,000 compared to $85,000.

The length of time that the average home was on the market found houses on the market for a longer time with the average "Days on Market" in 2020 of 173 days. This was 32 days longer than the same time period in 2019.
