Phi Epsilon Kappa Held First Induction Ceremony
Lincoln College’s New Professional Fraternity Inducts Sixteen Members

The newly installed Theta Upsilon chapter of Phi Epsilon Kappa at Lincoln College held its first induction ceremony virtually on Thursday, April 30th. Phi Epsilon Kappa is a national professional fraternity for persons engaged in or pursuing careers in physical education, health, recreation, dance, human performance, exercise science, sports medicine, and sport management.

The Lincoln College chapter was proud to recognize its inaugural 2020 class of inductees who are majoring in either exercise science or sport management.

Roy Humphrey (Chicago, IL);
Trey Jones (Bloomington, IL);

Phi Epsilon Kappa objectives include fostering scientific research, facilitating cross-cultural exchange of information, and service to the profession. The organization also engages in activities to promote the objectives of the fraternity such as sponsorship of seminars and workshops.

Phi Epsilon Kappa is advised by Kirk Whiteman, Lead Faculty for Sport Management. The fraternity will hold a formal on-campus installation ceremony at a later date.
