To the editor:

Even though we could not meet in person this year for the annual Veteran Celebration hosted by St. John United Church of Christ in Lincoln we did want this year to go by without saying a big THANK YOU to all the veterans of Logan County for their service to our country and protecting our freedom.

Each year we look forward to hosting the Celebration so we can say thank you in person; but this year has been an interesting and challenging year. Please know that we appreciate your service to our country.

We were disappointed that we could not hold the annual Veterans Celebration this year due to Covid-19. We always look forward to the celebration so we can provide you with a fun and enjoyable evening.

[to top of second column in this letter]

We are looking forward to hosting the Veterans Celebration in 2021.

Again, thank you for your service to our country.

Happy Holidays! Stay safe and healthy!

 See you 2021!

Jan Hahn, Chair
St. John's United Church of Christ
Veteran's Celebration Committee
