County to hold Organizational Meeting November 19th

On Thursday, November 19 at 6:30 p.m., the Young Conservatives of
Logan County will hold their first organizational meeting at
Prairieland Christian Church at 208 N. First Street in Hartsburg,
IL. The agenda includes the adoption of bylaws, election of
officers, and planning for 2021.
Young Conservatives of Logan County exists to promote conservative
principles in our community through public education, political
advocacy, and community engagement. The group targets 18-40 year
olds in Logan County.
For those unable to attend, the meeting will be livestreamed via
Facebook. Unfortunately, those watching on Facebook will not be able
to vote on the election of officers or on any motions that arise.

Anyone interested in becoming part of this organization is encouraged to attend.
Group organizer, Kate Wright share, “The organization is in its infancy, so this
is the perfect time to help shape what we will become. Everyone’s ideas and
input are highly valued! We can’t wait to see you there as we get ready to roll
up our sleeves and get to work in 2021.”
