[April 12, 2021]  Patty Huffer is retiring after almost 29 years of hard work and dedication to University of Illinois Extension and 4-H. Her last day will be April 30.

To celebrate her years of commitment to the 4-H Program an Open House will be held on Thursday, April 29 from 2:30 pm through 4:30 pm at the Logan County Extension office.

Huffer shares, “ I have so enjoyed working with the 4-H program for almost 29 years . . . it’s been a pleasure working with so many families and 4-H members throughout the years and I have especially enjoyed seeing members set goals, work hard to achieve them, and thrive in the 4-H program! ! "I feel blessed to have worked with so many wonderful co-workers throughout my career as well! I wish you all good luck in the upcoming show season and am thrilled that you will more than likely get to participate ‘in person’ this coming summer! Thanks for all the great memories!"
