[August 23, 2021] Reports Monday, August 23, 2021:

Lincoln Police Department

  • Lonnie P. Buckner, 50, of Lincoln, arrested August 21, 2021 at 8:58 p.m. at his residence on a Logan County warrant 2021 CM 168 on a failure to appear on a criminal trespass charge.

  • Jordan M. Gesner, 27, of Lincoln,  arrested August 20, 2021 at 8:03 p.m. at his residence on a Logan County warrant 2020 CM 167 on a failure to appear on a resisting a peace officer charge.

  • Jarrod W. Hedenberg, 32, of Lincoln, arrested August 20, 2021 at 11:08 p.m. at his residence on a Logan County warrant 2021 CF 129 on a Failure to appear on an unlawful possession of a controlled substance charge.

  • Matthew J. Popek, 48, of Chicago,  arrested August 21, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. on North Chicago Street on charges of criminal trespass and resisting/obstructing a peace officer.

  • Gage N. Vinson, 24, of Lincoln, arrested August 22, 2021 at 12:42 a.m. on Woodlawn Road on charge of driving under the influence.

Logan County Sheriff's Department

  • Megan E. Armstrong, 31, of Lincoln,  arrested August 20, 2021 at 5:47 p.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant 2018 CF 138 on a failure to appear on a violation of an order of protection with a prior domestic battery charge.

  • Michael D. Radespiel, 28, of Cerro Gordo, arrestedAugust 22, 2021at 10:30 a.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant 2021 CM 162 on a failure to appear on a battery charge.

  • Kelsey R. Skelton, 35, of Lincoln,  arrested August 20, 2021 at 8:41 p.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Logan County warrant 2021 CM 116 on a failure to Appear on a violation of an order of protection charge.
