Mount Pulaski to mail out final water bills next week
Illinois American Water to take over on December 17th

The City of Mount Pulaski will be mailing its final water bills to the residents next week, hopefully by or before 12/23/21.

Please keep in mind that this final water bill from the city will cover the water for November and December usage. Which may cover a usage span of five to seven weeks.

Any deposits or credit balances on customer accounts with the city will be refunded less this last months' water billing. These refund checks will be disbursed in January, 2022.

Illinois American Water has purchased the city's water delivery system.  The official closing date is December 17th.

After the closing, Mount Pulaski residents should expect to receive a "Welcome Packet" from the new provider.  The packet will contain information about the service including the future billing process for water services.
