MINUTES:
The monthly meeting of the Atlanta AG 4H club met on January 17th,
2021 via Zoom and called to order at 3:00. Leaders, John and Anna
Catterson, reported information on 4H enrollment, opportunities to
work with the Library and upcoming project workshops. Jessica Wibben
reported on Cloverbud activities.
The celebration committee announced birthdays. The finance committee
did not meet this month, no report given. The fair committee did not
meet this month, no report given.
Under new business, it was moved and seconded to partner with the
library on a Farm Credit grant to purchase a 3D printer and other
technologies for the new Teen Zone space. Motion passed.
Brittany Janes, Director of Atlanta Public Library, was the program.
Several opportunities were presented to members to partner with the
new Teen Zone location. It was discuss that there is a need for 3D
printers and other technologies.

Members asked if they could help teach the technologies and it was
agreed that members would help lead some of the programs offered in
the space. Members thanked Brittany Janes for attending and a
subcommittee was formed to help write the grant.
In the Cloverbud meeting, members made slime and adopted a dairy cow
named Belle. See the Cloverbud minutes and information attached on
the second page.
Recreation were led by Ivy Tierney! Members tried to guess a game of
Charades in which Ivy acted out different scenes. It was a great
time!
Songs were led by Ivy Tierney; ‘I’m a Little Tea Pot’ was sang by
all members.
Meeting adjourned at 3:59 pm.
