COVID-19 Vaccine Available for Essential Workers, Seniors at ALMH this Friday

[February 03, 2021]  Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital will host a COVID-19 vaccination clinic beginning at 11a.m. on Friday, Feb. 5. Pre-registration is required.

Vaccinations will be offered to those in two vaccination priority groups: Phase 1A and Phase 1B. Participants must live or work in Logan County.

Phase 1A includes frontline healthcare workers and long-term care facility residents and staff

Phase 1B includes frontline essential workers and Logan County residents age 65 and over.

Frontline essential workers include, but are not limited to, the following occupations: first responders, education, food and agriculture, manufacturing, corrections workers, USPS workers, public transit workers, grocery store workers and shelter and day care staff.

An appointment is required to participate in the vaccination clinic. To make an appointment, visit and click on the COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic banner near the top of the page. Registration opens at noon on Wednesday, Feb. 3. If online registration is not possible, call 217-605-6500. The call will go to a voicemail and a vaccination clinic employee will return the call to schedule an appointment.

Anyone who receives a first dose vaccine must be available 21 to 28 days later to receive a second dose vaccine.
