Lincoln Municipal Services building joins City Hall in closing to the public

[January 05, 2021]  Due to rapid increases in COVID-19 cases, City Hall and the Municipal Services Building will be closed to the public until further notice. Services at both locations are still available.

Those procedures are listed below.

City Hall
 

Sewer payments can be made online or dropped in the drop boxes (do not use cash in drop boxes). If either of these methods don’t work, you may drop off payments at City Hall by calling 217-735-2815 when you are outside of the building. Someone will come outside to take your payment.

Primary Packets are due on November 23rd. Again, once you arrive at City Hall call 217-735-2815 and someone will come outside to accept your packet.

Municipal Services Building
 
Building and Safety

You may pull building permits by calling 217-732-6318 once you have arrived and someone will meet you at the door with an application. Currently, only check or cash is accepted for payment.
