Ever wonder what gets the attention of Facebook followers of Lincoln Daily News? To satisfy the curiosity, LDN went back through all the Facebook photos posted in 2020. There were 15 posts with more than 5,000 engagements. There were also many over 4,000 posts and many more over 3,000.

The number one picture and story posted on the LDN Facebook page with the most engagements, comments, likes and shares was a photo and story posted on December 11, 2020, about Nathan Rohlfs.

In all, 12,689 people responded to the feel-good story about the young family man from Emden who survived the coronavirus after a horrific battle.

The numbers reflect yet another testament to Logan County people who open their whole hearts and give all their love and concern to those who are struggling.

We wish Nathan and his family a very good 2021 and hear that he is making progress though it is a slow go.

Here is the link to the December story LDN - Emden resident Nathan Rohlfs miraculous recovery from covid complications
