Memorial Behavioral Health - Lincoln Center Developmental
Rehabilitation staff wanted to shake things up and break the
pandemic doledrums. So they made a plan and hosted a Summer Camp
“Themed Week” from June 21 - 25.
Staff commented, "What a fun week we had! Covid definitely changed
our lives for quite some time. All of our clients were unable to
attend our daily workshops which meant they didn’t have the
opportunity to attend our day program. This is so important to us
and our clients because for most of them it is the only opportunity
they have to learn and work outside of their homes."
The fun filled week allowed everyone to do something different so
that we could all celebrate being back to work and getting our
clients back into their programs. There were dunk tanks, water
balloon fights, doughnut eating contests and pie-in-the-face games.

Staff especially wanted to give thanks to all that donated to Summer Camp,
"because without you, this would have never been possible. It means so much to
us and our clients. We are very fortunate to have an amazing community that
supported this event."
